CDC Group has released a new version of the Optimum industrial equipment monitoring system.

Digital Software Equipment Monitoring System Optimum AI (DSEMS OPTIMUM AI) analyzes data on the state of machine tools, transformers and almost any other industrial equipment, collecting information from sensors installed on it wirelessly and / or wired (MBee, LTE, Private LTE, GSM, Wi-Fi, LAN). Information about deviations is transmitted to the server part of the system and to the mobile devices of the responsible employees, thereby launching the "help chain" and providing a prompt response to incidents.

For the new version of the system, the document "Shift Report" has been developed, which provides information on key performance indicators of the equipment. The report displays data on the operation of each piece of equipment in the context of each shift for each day of the specified time. The report displays the date, shift number, capacity utilization value, overall equipment efficiency (OEE) value, total downtime, planned and actual number of products per shift (plan/actual) and other indicators.

In addition, changes and functionality updates have been made to the new version.
