Sales representatives’ automation of the exclusive distributor of Colgate-Palmolive in Azerbaijan

Our dealer in Azerbaijan, MBS (Mobile Business Solution), has automated the business processes of sales force in the Meridian Group, which supplies health and beauty products to the Transcaucasian republics of the world famous Colgate-Palmolive holding.

With the growth of distribution volumes and, accordingly, with the increase in paperwork, the management of the Meridian Group decided to automate the work of sales representatives collecting orders (pre selling) for the supply of Colgate-Palmolive products to retail outlets in Baku.

After analyzing several software products, the company chose the Optimum sales force automation system. The implementation, integration with the ERP-system of the enterprise, training of sales agents and the supply of Palm Tungsten E2 handheld computers was carried out by MBS, a division of H&E Business Solutions and a certified dealer of CDC Group in Azerbaijan. In addition, MBS specialists, with the help of the CDC technical support department, completed the software revision related to the specifics of the Unity ERP system (developed by the Turkish company Logo Business Solutions).
