Optimum SFA, a mobile trade management system, has been implemented at MARR RUSSIA, the nation’s largest supplier and producer of foodstuffs for HoReCa.

The system was jointly implemented by CDC’s and MARR RUSSIA’S IT experts. In total, about 40 workstations for sales representatives were automated. The agents now collect orders for supply of foodstuffs to restaurants and send them to a centralized information system using the Optimum mobile solution installed on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablets. The ordered products are shipped and delivered from the corresponding affiliate.

D. V. Sevelov, MARR RUSSIA CEO, says that having implementing OPTIMUM the company extended the covered market territory and, as a result, increased revenues, speeded up document generation in the accounting system, minimized human errors, and reduced the workload on the operators receiving orders by phone.
