Lidskoe pivo increases sales efficiency using the Optimum Sales Force Automation system

The largest Belarusian producer of beer, kvass and other low- and non-alcoholic drinks, Lidskoe pivo, has implemented the Optimum SFA system in the Republic of Belarus and plans to use additional capabilities of the system, as well as artificial intelligence to recognize and analyze goods on store shelves.

Sales representatives, supervisors and regional managers of the company have been working with the Optimum system in the Republic of Belarus since 2010. The implementation of the system was carried out by the private enterprise "InfoGor", a partner of the CDC Group in the Republic of Belarus, whose specialists completed the full range of work to launch the system into commercial operation.

The system allows you to place orders at a retail outlet, save time on making decisions on orders, quickly record the necessary marketing information, monitor and audit the work of both personnel and retail facilities according to specified criteria and conditions.

“Throughout the entire period of use, the Optimum system has proven itself to be a stable, effective solution, flexible in configuration under constantly changing external and internal conditions and meeting the high requirements of work in the highly competitive market of low-alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks,” says Alena Avdeenko, Sales Director of Lidskoe pivo. Currently, about 85 sales representatives and 25 supervisors work with the System in the Republic of Belarus.”

Additional implementation of the Optimum Merchandising mobile solution is planned. In addition, the possibility of connecting sales representatives, supervisors and regional managers to the SmartLook system is being considered, which will significantly speed up distribution activities and audit of retail facilities through the use of artificial intelligence technology on mobile devices without access to Internet services.

Lidskoe pivo has been part of the Finnish holding Olvi PLC since 2008.
