On September 6, 2016, CDC software solutions were included in the Unified Registry of Russian Software Products.

The expert council under the Russian Ministry of Telecommunications and Mass Communications recognized as complying with the applicable rules for creating and maintaining the unified registry of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases the following CDC products:

• Optimum technology platform;
• Optimum geoinformation system;
• Optimum MMS mobile monitoring and services system;
• Optimum ASUMT SFA system;
• Optimum Kiosk mobile application;
• Optimum Billing software platform.

The expert council on Russian software products under the Ministry of Telecommunications and Mass Communications made a decision to include CDC solutions into the registry in several categories: server and middleware software, monitoring and control systems, tools for development of executable codes, subroutine libraries (software development kit; SDK), development, testing, and debugging environments, general-purpose applied software, and enterprise-wide process management systems.
